Today I randomly ran into an old High School friend (Jeannie) and we just decided to get lunch and catch up. It was kinda crazy being able to reflect back on our high school days. Meeting Jeanie was there at the start of a lot of new things for me and just being able to see how far we’ve both come blows me away. 

Take-aways:

• Why does Facebook only update our feed with “current” friends, wasn’t the point of it to keep up with old friends too?
• Jeannie was one of my mentors in easing me into dance during Marching Band and now it’s something I crave for (at times).
• Lastly, we were both such band geeks!! HAHA, I’ve been having honest cravings for some Cello lately. If anyone has one in SLO, PLEASE let me know! I just need a few minutes to get it out of my system. Jeanie told me about ways to get involved and turns out they needed more Cellos, so Spring Quarter? Symphony? We’ll see…
